- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪What an absolutely awful telephone system! I called just to verify an appointment and as I type, I have been on "hold" for over 30 minutes. I was told via electronic voice that I am 10th in line. What the hell are these people taking calls doing there? I have been listening to Problems Peeing commercial much too long. Enlarged prostates are a big thing, no pun intended...blah blah blah. This place is awful. After 75 minutes on hold, I was told the practice has all of two receptionists! DO NOT USE ADVANCED UROLOGY ASSOCIATES IN JOLIET!!!!!!! Patient service is obviously last on their list.October 23, 2017by Joan Rolih
